Max was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended Concordia University in Irvine, California on a golf scholarship.
In 2012, Max turned pro and spent the next 8 years playing on the National Pro Tour, PGA Tour China, National China Tour, Asian Tour, Korn-Ferry Tour, PGA Tour Canada and PGA Tour Latino-America. Max also recently won the Golden Ears Championship at Pitt Meadows Golf Club.
Certifications
Max was brought to LGA in 2020 to help build the academy. He plays a key role in teaching developing juniors within the LABsters program. His experience of playing highly competitive golf and working with world-class instructors is a true asset when teaching his students. You can find Max teaching all levels of golfers on the driving range or keeping his own skills sharp as he prepares for his next local tournament.
